Parent Company / Affiliation at United Arab Emirates

MogPetro is made up of a Board of Directors which has the overall responsibility for the management of the Company and supervises the Management. The Board of Directors determines the Company’s policies with regards to business strategy, organization, accounting and finance and appoints the Company’s Management. The Board consists of two members, elected by SADC GRAINS PRIME Company’s ordinary general meeting for a one-year term.

A CEO with over 20 years’ experience in the industry will be appointed. A list of potential candidates from Zambia and South Africa, among others from blue-chip companies, have been shortlisted. The CEO will report to the SADC GRAINS PRIME GROUP OF COMPANIES - CEO.
